France – Repair and maintenance of plant – ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDES DE PRESTATIONS DE MAINTENANCE ET DE TRAVAUX D'INTERPHONIE/CONTRÔLE D'ACCES DU PATRIMOINE DE PARTENORD LE GROUPE/PARTENIUM 2027-2030

The duration of each framework agreement is set for a period of one year, renewable 3 times for one year from 1 January 2027 (or from the date of notification if later). The framework agreements end on 31 December 2030. The framework agreements are concluded in accordance with the public procurement code and include a social inclusion clause. The framework agreements are awarded at unit prices. Prices are adjustable. The estimated date for sending purchase orders: January 2027. Each framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount. The estimated value corresponds to the achievement of the maximum annual amounts for each year of the framework agreement.
