Romania – Central-heating equipment – CONTRACT FURNIZARE UTILAJE ȘI ECHIPAMENTE

The supply of equipment and accessories and the provision of related services, in accordance with the terms of reference: transport from the supplier to the warehouse of the beneficiary military unit, unloading of the products at the location indicated by the purchaser, assembly, specialised training, commissioning, obtaining operating authorisations, in accordance with the Terms of Reference. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160(1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of art. 160(1) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of art. 160(1) of Law no. 98/2016.
