The subject of the contract is to provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") with the right to use the Threat Detection Platform Software along with a complete set of necessary temporary licenses, Documentation and the right to use the support of the producer (Software Support Services with a service level agreement SLA 8×5×NBD by the producer) on a subscription basis, for a period of 24 months, as well as to perform the installation, configuration, launch and implementation of the delivered Software, in accordance with the detailed specification specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft contractual terms (hereinafter: "dct") constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the execution of the subject of the contract takes place on the conditions and rules specified in the draft contractual terms together with the annexes (hereinafter: dct) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
