The subject of this above-threshold procurement contract for the supply of goods is to ensure the purchase and delivery of natural gas for the year 2027, together with distribution and transport services related to the purchase and delivery of natural gas to the premises of the Office of the National Council of the Slovak Republic from 01.01.2027 00:00:00 to 31.12.2027 24:00:00, including the transfer of responsibility for deviations to the supplier. The delivery of natural gas, together with distribution and transport services, must be ensured in accordance with Act No. 251/2012 Z. z. on energy and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended, and in accordance with Act No. 250/2012 Z. z. on regulation in network industries, as amended. The estimated volume of natural gas consumed (i.e. the contractual quantity of natural gas supply during the contract period): 11,500.00 MWh.
