Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy z terenu Gminy Oświęcim w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r.

Subject of the Contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from property owners, where residents of the Municipality of Oświęcim live. 2. The contractor is obliged to achieve the appropriate levels of: recycling and preparation for reuse of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal, and not exceeding the required level of disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the executive provisions to the aforementioned Act. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Due diligence is required in the performance of the contract obligations - the detailed scope of the service has been defined in the Essential Provisions of the contract, and in particular: 1) the obligations of the parties; 2) the participants in the service delivery process; 3) deadlines 4) rules of execution and settlement of the services performed; 5) liquidated damages; 9) remuneration of the Contractor and payment rules; 10) changes to the contract; - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
