The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the city of Żory, including the collection of expired medicines, and the organization, establishment, and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) for the residents of Żory. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts: Part 1: Provision of the service in the scope of collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from the area of properties where residents live and from mixed properties, located in the area of the city of Żory, as well as the collection, transport, and delivery for neutralization of unusable pharmaceuticals (expired or unnecessary medicines, medicinal products, medical devices with codes 200132, 200131*) from facilities located in the area of the city of Żory. Part 2: Provision of the service in the scope of organization, establishment, and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
