Degewo acquires various yet-to-be-constructed turnkey residential developments as part of its strategic portfolio expansion through Share or Asset deals. The construction-accompanying control of the contractual obligations of the external project developers/sellers of the turnkey residential developments is to be awarded within the framework of a framework agreement. A specialised engineering firm is sought, which, within the framework of a quality assurance and project controlling management, monitors the contractual obligations owed by the project developer/seller. To this end, among other things, the qualities, the construction status, the construction deadlines, the invoicing and the change orders are to be checked, defects are to be monitored and support is to be provided in enforcing warranty claims.
