The procurement unit of North Karelia invites interested bidders to submit a participation application for the procurement of the principal designer for the new swimming hall in Mehtimäki, which is implemented as a joint KVR contract. In the first phase of this competitive negotiated procedure, we ask bidders interested in the procurement to submit a participation application, on the basis of which the participants in the negotiations will be selected. The participation application is binding and must be drawn up in Finnish. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.
