Description

The property of the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Multireligious and Multiethnic Societies in Göttingen comprises three buildings: a historic villa at Hermann-Föge-Weg 12, and on the opposite side of the street, a building from the 1950s (G 11-A) with an extension from the 1970s (G 11-N), both at Hermann-Föge-Weg 11. The building G 11-N has been vacant since January 2019 due to significant fire safety deficiencies. As part of the planned measure, the building G 11-N, constructed in steel frame, is to be gutted, upgraded for fire safety, and expanded. Asbestos remediation must be carried out. The facade and roof must be energetically optimized. Office use with communication areas and a library is planned. Additionally, as part of the measure, the facade of building G 11-A (double-skin masonry construction with facing brickwork) is to be energetically upgraded and its appearance changed so that the two buildings G 11-A and G 11-N (mullion-and-transom facade) form a visually uniform and harmonious ensemble. In building G 11-A, there is a former caretaker's apartment in the basement, which is to be renovated and converted for office use as part of the measure. After the renovation, the internal connection of both buildings, which was severed due to fire safety deficiencies, is to be restored. The subject of this VgV procurement procedure are the necessary services of the "Building Sustainability Assessment System" according to Annex A1 "Service Specification BNB Coordinator" of the draft contract plus special services. A detailed service description can be found in the fee schedule of Annex 04. Special note regarding tender questions due to special external events (e.g. SARS-CoV-2 or Ukraine war): Please take into account possible or recognizable impairments in your offer, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, workers, a possible delayed submission of required evidence, effects on possible subcontractors etc. Questions arising in this context, we ask to be submitted in good time before the deadline for submission of tenders via the messaging system of the eTendering.
