Romania – Software implementation services – SERVICII INTEGRATE DE CARTOGRAFIERE, DIGITALIZARE ȘI IMPLEMENTARE SISTEM INFORMATIC DE GESTIUNE A CIMITIRELOR

The subject of the procedure is the acquisition of integrated services for mapping, digitisation and implementation of an information system for the management of cemeteries (Eternitatea, Sf. Lazăr, Ștefan cel Mare), as described in the terms of reference. These consist of the following: COMPONENT A: MAPPING AND DATA COLLECTION (FIELD) 1. Hybrid Methodology (Aerial + Ground); 2. Collection of Epigraphic Data (Inventory of Deceased Names); 3. GIS Deliverables; COMPONENT B: INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ARCHIVE INTEGRATION 1. Cemetery Management Module; 2. Interoperability (API) and Synchronisation; 3. Integrations with Other Systems; 4. Visual Warning System (Traffic Lighting); 5. Reconciliation Engine (Automatic Matching). The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: - 12 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the invitation to tender. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 and Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification/information regarding the award documentation 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the invitation to tender.
