Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Modernisierung Empfangsgebäude Coburg, BIM-Planungsleistungen

As part of the Climate Protection Package (KSP), the Federal Government provides federal funds to DB InfraGO AG, which can be used, among other things, for eligible measures on reception buildings. The project aims to modernise the reception building in Coburg in terms of energy efficiency and construction. This includes improving the quality of stay and functionality in the areas of structure (floors, ceilings, walls), roof, facade, windows and doors, as well as the technical building equipment (TGA). Additionally, measures to create or optimise accessibility are planned. The listed reception building in Coburg will be comprehensively upgraded. The existing TGA will be thoroughly checked to derive measures that meet the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG) and comply with the current state of the art. The award includes the building and structural engineering design, the specialist planning for technical building equipment (system groups 410, 420, 430, 440, 450, 470 and 480) and surveying services (as-built modelling) according to BIM methodology. Phases 1-2 according to the HOAI will be transferred. Phases 3-7 are optionally planned.
