Poland – Fuels – „Sukcesywna dostawa paliw płynnych w systemie sprzedaży bezgotówkowej na podstawie kart flotowych dla Zakładu Wodociągów Kanalizacji i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. w Świebodzinie w 2027 r.”

The subject of the order is the successful purchase by the Buyer of liquid fuels (carried out in the fleet card system) directly at the fuel station for vehicles and construction equipment owned by Zakład Wodociągów Kanalizacji i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Świebodzin from the date of the contract (but not earlier than 01.01.2027) until 31.12.2027, in the following estimated quantities: No. Item name Unit Quantity included in the order (basic) 1. Unleaded Petrol PB Litre 4,000.00 4.2 The fuel subject to the order must meet the requirements and standards specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). The Contractor ensures the possibility of controlling the quality of fuels, taking samples and presenting quality documents in accordance with the rules specified in § 6 of the contract project, which is annex no. 3 to SWZ. The costs of performing the Contractor's obligations in this regard should be included in the offer price. The rules for bearing the costs of taking samples and tests are specified in § 6 of the contract project. 4.3 Settlements for the delivered fuel will be made based on the actual quantities of fuel purchased and the unit price valid on the date of purchase (refueling), determined based on the wholesale price of the fuel net, converted to 1 litre, published on the website www.orlen.pl in the section “wholesale fuel price” for Diesel Ekodiesel and unleaded petrol Eurosuper 95, and increased by the value corresponding to the percentage margin indicated by the Contractor in the offer form. In the event of documented lack of information about the wholesale price on www.orlen.pl on the date of purchase, the wholesale price from the nearest day for which the price was published, preceding the date of purchase (refueling), will be applied. A negative margin is allowed. Reference to ORLEN listings is used to determine the price and does not imply an obligation to supply fuel of a specified brand or from that manufacturer. 4.4 The Buyer guarantees the acceptance of fuels at a level not lower than 50% of the quantity of each type of fuel described in point 4.1. 4.5 The Buyer will, under the conditions specified in the contract template, provide the Contractor with a list of vehicles and their registration numbers authorised to refuel at the Contractor. The quantity of fuels included in the order in point 4.1 does not constitute the Buyer's obligation to purchase them in this maximum quantity, with the reservation of further provisions of SWZ. The delivery will be settled based on the actual purchase of fuels made at the Contractor's station, while the Buyer envisages a reduction in the scope of the order in relation to the delivery of fuel quantities in accordance with the rules specified in annex no. 3 to SWZ. The Buyer informs that the reduction in the scope of the order will not exceed 50% of the quantity of each type of fuel mentioned in point 4.1 above. 4.6 The person refueling the vehicle will be obliged to have a personalised fleet card issued by the Contractor. 4.7 The Contractor will, as part of the subject of the contract, equip the Buyer with at least 46 fleet cards, with the validity period covering the contract execution period. 4.8 The Contractor will record the quantities of fuels issued as part of the subject of the order in a separate list, and the person taking the fuel will confirm the refueling operation and the quantity and type of fuel taken with their own signature. 4.9 Requirements regarding the fuel station provided by the Contractor for the entire order execution period: a) the fuel station must be equipped with a minimum of 6 (six) distributors for diesel ON and at least 1 (one) distributor for unleaded petrol PB. b) the fuel station must be located no further than 8 km (measured from the seat of Zakład Wodociągów Kanalizacji i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o., located at 37 Młyńska Street, 66-200 Świebodzin, via public roads); c) the fuel station must be open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, d) the transaction must be confirmed by signing the issue document by card users and the Station's service. The Buyer, in order to demonstrate compliance with the condition referred to in point 4.9 lit. a, allows the Contractor to refer to the same fuel distributor, the equipment of which will enable the refueling of both diesel ON and unleaded petrol PB.
