Planning services in accordance with the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI) as well as supplementary and additional services for the traffic facilities, open spaces and technical facilities as part of the commissioning stage 1 of an initial 12.5 km long city rail line in Kiel. The subject of the assignment are the planning services in the aforementioned specialist areas with the aim of completing the performance phase 4 (approval planning).
