Romania – Systems analysis and programming services – SERVICII DE DEZVOLTARE PRODUSE SOFTWARE PENTRU REALIZAREA SI OPERATIONALIZAREA APLICATIEI EXECUTORILOR PENTRU LICITATII PUBLICE (AELP)

The project aims to digitalise certain public services offered by UNEJ by developing and integrating Blockchain-type technologies and by developing integrated IT solutions in administrative processes using a “Verifiable Credentials” system. The purpose of the present procurement is the development of the Public Procurement Bidders' Application (AELP) which will contain two modules: a verifiable credentials management module that will allow the secure storage, verification and sharing of credentials and a credentials request management module that will handle the receipt, evaluation and response to VC requests from verifiers and will have an interface available on both mobile devices and desktop. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
