Slovakia – Cranes for trucks – Autožeriavy - DNS

Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the partial contracts awarded in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the purchase and delivery of commonly available mobile cranes, with fulfilments based on this DNS to be carried out throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic for the bodies and facilities of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic and the armed forces of the Slovak Republic. A mobile crane (mobile crane) is understood to be a universal mechanical tool with a boom, a mobile lifting device mounted on the chassis of a lorry intended for handling heavy loads, for various lifting tasks and work related to material handling, which are used in various sectors, mainly in construction (e.g. assembly of steel structures, lifting of prefabricated parts, construction of bridges and buildings), industry (e.g. handling of heavy machinery and equipment, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment), energy (e.g. construction and maintenance of wind farms, assembly of transformers and other energy equipment) and logistics (e.g. loading and unloading containers, railway wagons, moving heavy loads in warehouse management, in ports and logistics centres). The subject of the contract will also include: - the supply of a proposal for codification data for the goods subject to the contract in accordance with STANAG 4177 and according to Act No. 11/2004 Coll. on defence standardisation, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for the purposes of defence in the wording of later regulations and Decree of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic No. 476/2011 Coll. which establishes details on the methodology of processing the proposal for codification data, on the software equipment for processing proposals for codification data, on the proposal for codification data and on the obligations of the supplier of the product in the wording of later regulations, - the delivery of the goods to the place of delivery (place of fulfilment of the purchase agreement or place of fulfilment of the accepted order issued on the basis of the framework agreement). - the training of designated employees of the contracting authority.
