The Catholic Childcare Facilities Altmühlfranken-Nordschwaben gGmbH plans a replacement new construction of the Kindertagesstätte St. Otto in Heilsbronn. The north-western part of the existing building (children's nursery) is to be retained and integrated into the replacement new construction. On the remaining site, the replacement new construction for 3 kindergarten groups is to be provided, taking into account the subsidizable space program of the Government of Middle Franconia. The basement located in the area of the replacement new construction is to be retained. The building structure present in group room III and ancillary room must be retained due to an ongoing grant commitment. The client has had a feasibility study prepared prior to the tendering procedure, which is to be understood as a basic approach to solving the task and takes into account the aforementioned requirements. The subject of the tender is the services of structural design according to Part 4 Section 1, §§ 49 ff. according to HOAI 2021, LPH 1-6.
