The subject of the contract is the purchase of a software license with the producer's warranty (support) and the producer's support for the licenses already owned, ensuring the protection of virtual machines in the Contracting Authority's environment, functionally corresponding to the Trend Micro Deep Security Enterprise solution or an equivalent solution. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft contractual provisions. 3. The Contractor is obligated to execute the contract on the principles and conditions described in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
