The subject of the contract is the expansion of the existing communication platform of the Buyer, through the purchase of Software that meets the conditions described in the SOPZ, along with the provision or guarantee by the Contractor of the provision to the Buyer of the appropriate licence allowing the use of the Software on the terms resulting from the Licence Terms, together with the provision of support services on the terms indicated in the SOPZ and in the Documentation.
