The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of motor oil intended for refuelling vehicles and equipment operated by Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Komunalnych w Bełżycach Sp. z o.o. 2) CPV Code: 09134100-8 – Motor oil. 3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase, transport and delivery of motor oil to the premises of the Contracting Authority: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Komunalnych w Bełżycach Sp. z o.o. ul. Przemysłowa 35A, 24-200 Bełżyce. 4) The predicted maximum quantity of motor oil covered by the basic contract is: up to 200 000 litres. 5) The Contracting Authority predicts that a single delivery will be approximately 4 000 litres, and deliveries will be made on average 3–4 times a month, although the actual frequency and size of deliveries will depend on the Contracting Authority's current needs. 6) The stated quantity of motor oil is the maximum quantity. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to order a smaller quantity of fuel, depending on the actual demand, without the Contractor having the right to claim for the non-fulfilment of the maximum contract quantity.
