This public procurement consists of delegating the public service of county passenger transport by scheduled services, in the territorial area of competence of the UAT Dolj County, establishing the quality levels and technical conditions necessary for the provision of this service in conditions of efficiency and safety. Given the complexity of the county transport service to be delegated and to guarantee equal and non-discriminatory access for transport operators to the market for the public county transport service, the award of delegation contracts will be made in lots, each lot corresponding to a group of routes. The service includes a number of 3 routes structured into 2 groups (lots). In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 (1) of Law No. 99/2016 as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 16 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 (2) of Law No. 99/2016 as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority sets a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/ additional information. The consolidated response will be published on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
