Romania – Public road transport services – Delegarea gestiunii serviciului public de transport judeţean de persoane prin curse regulate, în aria teritorială de competență a UAT Județul Maramureș - loturi reluate 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 28, 29 și 30

The subject of the contract is the Delegation of the management of the public passenger transport service by scheduled routes, in the territorial area of competence of the UAT County of Maramureș - lots 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 28, 29 and 30. The service will be provided in compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, Law No. 92/2007, Law No. 51/2006 and in the conditions established by the Regulation on the organisation and operation of the service and the Book of Tasks for the delegation of the management of the public passenger transport service by scheduled routes, with a division into 22 lots corresponding to each route from the County Transport Programme. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to supplement, under the conditions of the legislation on sectoral procurement, the quantity of services, without organising a new award procedure, in the event that it becomes necessary to extend routes, introduce additional services or new stops. For each lot, the possibility of modifying the contract by a maximum of 10% of the estimated mileage is taken into consideration, in accordance with art. 14 and art. 241 of Law No. 99/2016 as amended and supplemented, art. 17(1) lit. c) and art. 27(1) lit. a) of Law 92/2007 as amended and supplemented. NOTE: Number of days before the deadline for receipt of Tenders during which Tenderers may request clarifications: 24 days. Number of calendar days before the deadline for receipt of Tenders on which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification and/or additional information received from interested economic operators: 18 days. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). OBS.:! INTERESTED ECONOMIC OPERATORS WILL DRAW UP THE TENDER/TENDERS WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION RELATING TO THE LOT/LOTS FOR WHICH THEY WILL SUBMIT A TENDER.
