Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb Powiatu Iławskiego i jednostek podległych w okresie 01.01.2027 r. – 31.12.2029 r.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law for the needs of Iławski County and its subordinate units in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029. 2. The total estimated consumption of electrical energy [MWh] in the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029 is 6 968,544 MWh. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of electricity supply points, data relating to individual Contracting Authorities and estimated electricity consumption, is contained in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The draft terms of the contract are Annex No. 7 to the SWZ together with Annex No. 1 – list of electricity supply points covered by the contract and Annex No. 2 – power of attorney. 4. The contract covers the sale of electrical energy and does not cover the provision of electricity distribution services. Distribution services will be provided under separate contracts concluded with the relevant distribution system operators. 5. The description of the subject of the contract specifies the quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardised – it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor implements it), all life-cycle costs have been taken into account – margin, trading balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. In addition to the above costs, the Contracting Authority does not envisage any other costs of electrical energy supply. Electrical energy is a standardised product, and its quality parameters are determined by generally applicable legal provisions.
