The subject of the contract is structural design services in accordance with §§ 49 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1-6, with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned. No claims for further performance stages, construction sections or special services can be derived from the phased commissioning (according to the contract notice under 5.1.1 Purpose: Options). ----- The Schaezler-Palais is located in the Old Town of the city of Augsburg and was built from 1765 to 1767. The main facade is located on Maximilianstraße, and the elongated side wing is on Katharinengasse. The three-storey building features a richly appointed Rococo banquet hall on the 1st floor, which spans two storeys. The building is a listed monument and is also protected as an ensemble. It is used for art collections and as a museum, as well as an archive. The mansard roof has a span of approx. 20 m and a roof pitch of approx. 75 degrees, or approx. 38 degrees in the 2nd floor, and is covered with double-Roman tiles. ----- Numerous investigations in recent years, water ingress and falling roof tiles demonstrate the urgent need for a roof renovation. This is part of this procedure. However, a general building renovation is not planned.
