Bulgaria – Construction work – „РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ И БЛАГОУСТРОЯВАНЕ НА УЛИЦА „МЛАДЕЖКА” И ПЛОЩАД „НИКОЛА МУШАНОВ”, КВ. 411 И КВ. 420 ПО ПЛАНА НА „РУСИН МАХАЛА” – ГР. ПЛОВДИВ”

The project development envisages the comprehensive reconstruction and upgrading of "Mladezhka" street and "Nikola Mushanov" square, the expansion of pedestrian spaces with opportunities for organizing cultural and mass events on and around the square itself. The passage of vehicles through the street is maintained, with access to the square ensured, while the possibility of restricting it when necessary is created. All existing plant species are preserved, with the exception of those designated for removal. New green areas are also designed. A new network of pedestrian alleys with rest areas and square space with fountains is built, along with a new lighting network, new children's facilities, new lawn and tree landscaping, along with new irrigation systems, necessary for their proper maintenance. The procedure is opened under the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
