The subject of the contract is the collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with the permits it holds in this regard, of a batch of waste with code 19 12 12 from the mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), under the following conditions: a) The Purchaser envisages a monthly amount of waste collection not less than 300 Mg and not more than 500 Mg, b) The Purchaser sets a 1-month settlement period for partial completion of the contract, c) The Contractor will ensure the collection of the entire stream of waste with code 191212 generated by the Purchaser, ranging from 300-500 Mg/month, d) The waste transferred will be baled, the weight of one bale is approximately 500 kg, e) There is no possibility of loose waste loading, f) The waste 191212 transferred constitutes the oversize fraction > 80mm from the processing of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), g) The storage location of the waste transferred is unroofed, h) The Purchaser does not have tests of the waste 191212 transferred, i) Loading lying on the Purchaser's side will be carried out using a forklift, j) The Contractor will provide trucks with a trailer of the "moving floor" type or with a standard trailer – tarpaulin covered, k) The Purchaser guarantees the mass of the loaded waste not less than 20 Mg, l) The Contractor will collect the waste within 2 working days from the Purchaser's email notification. Collection will only take place on weekdays. To load on a given day, the vehicle must be placed by 13.30, m) The place of waste collection is the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, n) All costs related to the implementation of the contract from the place of collection a.m. are covered by the Contractor, o) The Purchaser emphasizes that the amount of waste collected may change, however, it guarantees the size of a single collection within the full capacity of the Contractor's transport, p) The Contractor may not make any additional claims to the Purchaser regarding the total amount of waste collected in the settlement period, within the indicated tolerance, q) Waste can be viewed at the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, Świętokrzyskie voivodeship on weekdays from 7-15.
