The order includes the service of comprehensive cleaning of the premises at the RZGW headquarters in Białystok and the premises/estates of the RZGW organizational units. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the subject of the order - Annex 4 to SWZ. 3. The subject of the order has been divided into nine parts. 4. The ordering party does not envisage the possibility of granting orders, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 5. The ordering party does not reserve the right to require personal performance by the Contractor of the key parts of the order. 6. The ordering party allows the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the order. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the order, the ordering party, in accordance with Article 462(2) of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer the parts of the order, the execution of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of the subcontractor firms, if they are already known. Entrusting the execution of parts of the order to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper execution of the order. The requirements regarding subcontracting have been specified in § 8 of the contract draft. 7. The ordering party does not envisage the requirements referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 8. The ordering party, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of the implementation of the order, the execution of which consists in performing work in a manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), as referred to in point 4.6 of the SWZ. 9. The ordering party allows the possibility of conducting a site visit. Detailed guidelines in this regard have been specified in point 4.14 of the SWZ.
