Stadion-säätiö invites applications to participate in a procurement procedure, the objective of which is to select the provider of ticketing services for the Olympic Stadium and related supplementary services. The service covers the ticket sales for events held at the Olympic Stadium, Stadium tower tours and Stadium tours, as well as the ticket sales for the joint tickets of the Sports Museum and any other separately agreed ticket sales services. The Olympic Stadium is estimated to have approximately one million visitors per year, of which approximately 0.5 million are ticketed visitors. The bidder must have the necessary technical resources, capacity and systems to sell tickets for major events efficiently, even when demand is extremely high (up to 55,000 tickets may be sold in the first hour from the start of ticket sales). The contract period is five years (basic contract period). Negotiations on the possible extension of the contract after the basic contract period will be conducted (see Description of additional procurement opportunities).
