A temporary lecture hall from 1970 on the campus of the University of Hohenheim is to be refurbished. The building envelope, predominantly constructed in lightweight design, and the glulam beams of the roof structure will be repaired to the necessary extent. The entrance area of Lecture Hall 9 and the WC facilities will be renewed and made barrier-free. The technical installations will be largely renewed. The lecture hall will be equipped with state-of-the-art media technology. The services are to be provided on the basis of an existing preliminary design. The measure is time-critical, the lecture hall is to serve as a replacement during the planned renovation of lecture halls B3 and B4. Lecture Hall 9: 380 seats, area 341 m², ancillary rooms: 71 m² area, WC, corridor and entrance area: 185 m². Construction costs: 2,568,000 € gross, Index I 2026, costs for possible construction price and client risks are not included. Dates: Construction start 22.09.2027, completion 18.12.2028. Intended is the awarding of planning services for buildings and interiors according to Section 3, Subsection 1 of the HOAI, basic services of the performance phases 3 and 5 to 8 according to § 34 HOAI, and special services of the performance phase 3.
