The service of specialist planning for Technical Equipment (ELT, user-specific systems) is being tendered in the context of a negotiated procedure with a selection stage for the performance phases 2, 3 and 5 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). Please note the published task description (file "0759-26 Aufgabenstellung") for the scope of the planning. To participate in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) a registration form (application for participation) with the required information and evidence must be submitted by the set deadline. The best-suited candidates selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will be participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidder procedure). In the second stage, the first offer must then be submitted. Negotiations will continue on the basis of the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, bidders will be invited to present themselves in person to a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
