Germany – Landscape architectural services – VgV Freianlagen - Neubau Bauhof Unterer Auenweg Leutkirch i.A.
Description
The urban planning of the large district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu envisages the relocation of the existing municipal depot from Brühlstraße to the industrial estate at Unterer Auenweg south of the sewage treatment plant. Relocation of the depot is necessary to free up the site for the construction of a new fire station. The depot is a component of the public infrastructure of the town of Leutkirch. The aim of the new build is to create a functional, economical and future-proof location that will meet the requirements of municipal task fulfilment on a lasting basis. The town of Leutkirch will carry out the project planning up to and including the approval planning in LPH 4. The site is bounded to the east by the access road - Unterer Auenweg - and to the west by the Eschach. The terrain slopes down from east to west, so that parts of the area lie in the flood zone HQ-Extrem. For economic reasons, the site will not be raised above HQ-Extrem. In the event of a flood, important access roads to the depot would also be affected and it would thus no longer be accessible. A ground level of 644.50 m above NHN is currently being targeted. A 10m wide protection zone will be formed towards the Eschach. The building site does not show any suspected area for the field of archaeology. In December 2025, the first boreholes for a soil report were carried out on the future site. These have been evaluated and will be incorporated into the further planning. The soil report will be available in the 2. phase. In addition, a nature conservation report with impact assessment has been prepared, this will be available in the 2. phase. A functionally structured building complex in hybrid timber construction is planned: - base, floor slabs and heavily loaded components in concrete - timber frame construction, depending on use as insulated building envelope or as open cold hall - load-bearing and bracing external and internal walls as large-format, prefabricated timber elements. The GFA (R) is approximately 6,100 m², GFA (S) approximately 2,200 m² for canopies. A landscape architect is sought for the planning and construction supervision services of the performance phases 1-8, +9 on the basis of the HOAI 2021, §§ 38-40 for open spaces. The contract will be awarded in stages. In the first stage, the performance phases 1-3 will be awarded. There is no legal entitlement to the further awarding of the respective subsequent performance stage. Further information can be found in 5.1. of the notice and the attached short information.
