The municipality of Morbach plans the spatial expansion and renovation of the fire station in Morbach. There is a need for spatial expansion/alteration to ensure accident prevention and to park equipment. Corresponding inspections have taken place with the fire chief in advance, as a result of which an additional space requirement was determined. The aim is to create the necessary space for additional vehicles, equipment, changing rooms with gender separation and necessary car parking spaces, taking into account the relevant regulations of accident prevention and all relevant standards and guidelines in the fire service, as well as to improve the general functionality of daily operations. When implementing, it must be taken into account that the fire station remains in operation and that operational readiness must be ensured at all times.
