The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and the comprehensive execution of the investment task entitled "Construction of renewable energy sources in the area of the City and Municipality of Włodowice". The contract involves designing and implementing the delivery, installation, and commissioning of: photovoltaic installations - 51 units, energy storage systems – 51 units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ, including the Functional User Program, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. In addition, the obligations of the Contractor related to the execution of the contract are also specified in the draft contractual provisions, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
