Poland – Construction work – Przebudowa linii tramwajowej na ul. Legionów i ul. Zielonej wraz z infrastrukturą zasilającą i przystankową oraz modernizacją sieci wodociągowej

The subject of the contract is the design, execution of construction works, and provision of author's supervision in the scope of the reconstruction of the existing tram line, reconstruction of the road layout for the needs of urban communication, construction and reconstruction of accompanying infrastructure of all sectors, greenery management, as well as the execution of the power supply and stop infrastructure (in the scope of MCI Tasks) and modernisation of the water supply network (in the scope of ZWiK Tasks), divided into the following tasks:

1.1. Task 1 (MCI): Modernisation of the tram network in the intersection of streets: Legionów, Kasprzaka, Włókniarzy and Zielonej along with sections of streets: Legionów from the intersection to ul. Konstantynowskiej (railway viaduct), Konstantynowskiej from ul. Legionów (railway viaduct) to al. Unii Lubelskiej along with the intersection.

1.2. Task 2 (MCI): Modernisation of the tram network in ul. Zielonej from the intersection to ul. Żeromskiego without the intersection along with the necessary sections of the cross streets.

1.3. Task 3 (MCI): Modernisation of the tram network in ul. Zielonej from ul. Żeromskiego (with the intersection) to ul. Wólczańska (without the intersection).

1.4. Task 4 (MCI): Modernisation of the tram network in ul. Legionów from ul. Kasprzaka (without the intersection) to ul. Żeligowskiego (with the intersection).

1.5. Task 5 (ZWiK): Modernisation of the water supply network along with connections in ul. Legionów on the section from ul. Żeligowskiego to Al. Włókniarzy.

1.6. Task 6 (ZWiK): Modernisation of the water supply network along with connections in ul. Zielonej on the section from ul. Legionów to ul. Wólczańska.

2. Special requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract: The procedures of green public procurement will apply in this procurement procedure.

2.1. The implementation of the contracts will take place in a manner that is favourable to environmental protection and reduces the amount of waste.

2.2. The contractor will be obliged to implement the contract in a manner that takes into account environmental aspects, including:

1) managing the process of orders and deliveries of materials to the construction site, so that materials are delivered and transported during the period of need, i.e. materials should not be stored and left on the construction site and create unnecessary risk of damage or destruction of the stored materials,

2) carrying out works and managing the place of implementation of the contract with consideration of limiting the negative impact on the environment and preparing and updating the waste management plan arising from the implementation of the contract on an ongoing basis,

3) carrying out finishing works with the obligation to thoroughly tidy up the area where the works were carried out. Green areas in the vicinity of the investment should be subject to reclamation. The contractor is also responsible for repairing any damage caused by their actions, including those that affected third parties outside the construction site.

3. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 9 to SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex No. 10 to SWZ.

4. By the term "modernisation", the Purchaser understands the improvement of fixed assets, clearly aimed at increasing the useful value. The term modernisation falls within the scope of the terms "reconstruction" or "expansion", as referred to in the Act of 7 July 1994 - Building Law.
