Poland – Refuse and waste related services – "Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz PSZOK w Gminie Głuchów"

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners, where residents live and where holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes are located, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of Głuchów and the equipment of the above properties with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste and bags for collecting segregated waste. The contractor is obliged to collect any amount of municipal waste generated on the above properties and placed in front of the property. 1. The subject of the contract includes the following services: 1.1. Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from properties where residents live, including: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, b) segregated municipal waste with the following fractions: − paper with code 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 01 01, − glass with code 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 20 01 02, − plastic with code 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, − metals with code 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40, − multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05, 15 01 06, − biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01, − ash with code 20 01 99, c) segregated municipal waste: − used electrical and electronic equipment with code 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, − bulky waste with code 20 03 07, − used tyres with code 16 01 03, − used clothing and textiles with code 20 01 10, 20 01 11 as part of the collection carried out twice a year according to the schedule agreed by the parties; 1.2. Equipping property owners, where single-family and multi-family residential buildings are located, with containers for mixed waste with a capacity of at least 120 l. Containers with a capacity of 240 l will be provided to owners of households with 6 or more people. Containers for waste equipped with wheels. 1.3. Equipping property owners, where single-family and multi-family residential buildings are located, with bags for segregated waste with a capacity of 120 l. The colours and markings of the bags must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws 2021, item 906). 1.4. Collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the territory of Głuchów, including: a) chemicals with code 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, b) paper with code 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 01 01, c) glass with code 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 20 01 02, d) plastic with code 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, e) metals with code 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40, f) multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05, 15 01 06, g) biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01, h) used electrical and electronic equipment with code 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, i) bulky waste with code 20 03 07, j) used tyres with code 16 01 03, k) expired medicines with code 20 01 32 l) used clothing and textiles with code 20 01 10, 20 01 11 m) construction and demolition waste other than hazardous with code 17 01 01, 17 01 07, 17 09 04 n) ash with code 20 01 99, o) used batteries and accumulators with code 20 01 33*, 20 01 34 u) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
