The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The present consultation aims to define the conditions for the intervention of the successful tenderer for the execution of a level 1 SPS coordination mission, in accordance with the provisions of law no. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993 and the texts adopted for its implementation, for the design and construction phases of the road access and various networks of the central mole zone (Caban). The project consists of various contracts corresponding to different timelines and extended sectors that need to be treated simultaneously and coordinated.
