1. Contract Title: Expansion and Renovation of the Building and its Adaptation for Cultural Purposes - Cinema Theatre Włókniarz - Revitalization of the City Area. 2. The subject of the contract is: the renovation, expansion, extension and adaptation of the former cinema "Włókniarz" along with its surroundings for cultural purposes. 3. Basic scope of works: - demolition and dismantling works, - execution of connections, - roof renovation, - facade construction - facade renovation using a conservation method, - renovation of door joinery, - replacement of window joinery, - construction of a staircase with a window shaft, - renovation and expansion of the cloakroom complex, - expansion of the backstage and multi-functional hall, - renovation of the concert hall, - expansion and renovation of the basement, - execution of hydrant, c.o., water and sewer, electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm, and accessible installations, - execution of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning installations, - execution of photovoltaic installations, - finishing and assembly works, - supply and assembly of cinema, stage, and sound equipment, - tree felling, compensatory planting, landscaping, - site development: construction of parking lots, manoeuvring and fire roads, installation of small architecture and area lighting. 4. Brief Description of the Object. The object is located at ul. Pr. I. Mościckiego 6 in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. On the land parcels no. 271/1, 271/3, 272, there is the subject building of the former cinema "Włókniarz", objects designated for demolition, and a multi-family residential building. The investment area is under conservation protection. According to the order no. 368/2019 of the President of the City of Tomaszow Mazowiecki, the object covered by the design and the multi-family residential building at ul. Pr. I. Mościckiego no. 8, were included in the Municipal Register of Monuments of Tomaszow Mazowiecki. Furthermore, land parcels no. 271/1 and 272 were covered by the conservation protection zone of the historical spatial layout - the central zone. The area is wooded and overgrown, partially built-up. In order to implement the investment assumptions, a fundamental change in the development of the area for all land parcels covered by the design is planned. The renovation, including the extension in the part of the shading, adaptation, and expansion of the existing cinema building has been designed. The multi-family residential building located on plot no. 272 – NO CHANGES. The implementation of internal roads, including the internal fire road, connected to the existing exits from ul. T. Kawki and communication routes for users of the object, has been designed. On the subject land parcels, 60 parking spaces, including two for disabled persons, biologically active areas in the form of green spaces and lawns, have been located. As part of the tree felling, which is in conflict with the planned development, the felling of selected trees and compensatory planting has been designed. A designated area for the collection of solid waste has been outlined. The implementation of the area's reinforcement with adaptation to the designed expansion and renovation has been designed. Power supply from a new connection on the conditions of the network manager. Water supply on the conditions of the network manager from the existing municipal water supply network in ul. Pr. I. Mościckiego through the renovation in the trace of the existing connection. Discharge of sanitary sewage to the municipal sanitary sewer network on the conditions of the network manager, to the existing channel in ul. Pr. I. Mościckiego through the existing connection. Discharge of rainwater and meltwater to the municipal storm sewer network on the conditions of the network manager, to the existing stormwater channel in ul. Pr. I. Mościckiego through the existing connection. For the needs of rainwater and meltwater discharge from internal roads and parking spaces, the implementation of a system of manhole covers with a settler and a separator of petroleum substances has been designed. 5.
