Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S invites consultants to bid on the present 4-year framework agreement. There is an option to extend the individual agreements by a further 4 x 1 year for each agreement. The procurement is conducted as a restricted procedure, pursuant to the European Parliament and Council Directive 2014/25/EU of 26 February 2014 ("Public Sector Directive") Article 46. The framework agreement is binding, but the contracting authority is entitled to use other consultants on specific tasks, provided this does not conflict with the rules on subcontracting, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act Section 8 and the Public Sector Directive Article 16, paragraph 10. The services consist of technical consultancy in relation to: - Sewer and wastewater systems, as well as drinking water systems in connection with construction projects - Rainwater basins - Construction methods - Drinking water systems - Pump stations and sewer lines The consultancy is subject to ABR 18 with the contracting authority's specifications, which will be included as the basis for the agreement. The total expected economic framework for the framework agreement is therefore estimated at 25,000,000 DKK excl. VAT. The maximum economic framework for the framework agreement is estimated at 35,000,000 DKK excl. VAT.
