In the tender, SGAV will outsource the screening of a large portion of the cadastral parcels and associated map themes, which are to be 1. processed, to the supplier. This screening will be carried out according to specific guidelines, see Annex 1 (Situation Description) and Annex 3 (Screening Instructions). This involves screening a limited number of cadastral parcels, 60,000 – 120,000 annually, as SGAV itself handles certain cadastral parcels, for example, due to their high complexity, if there are change proposals for the cadastral parcel, or if analyses show a high probability that the cadastral parcel or an associated map theme needs to be corrected. After the supplier's screening, SGAV will itself edit the cadastral parcels and associated map themes where editing is needed. However, the supplier must update certain attribute data for all the screened cadastral parcels, as described in Annex 4 (Cutting Description). The evaluation of the cadastral parcels and the associated map themes by the supplier must be based, in particular, on orthophotos from the last three years, certain attribute data on the cadastral parcels and the associated map themes, and the land surveying from the applicants.
