Netherlands – Financial leasing services – Leasemaatschappij wagenpark

The aim is to arrive at a Framework Agreement with one contractor in a transparent manner and to optimise the provision of services in the field of car fleet leasing according to the requirements and wishes of the Municipality of Dijk en Waard. The reason for choosing to award a framework agreement is that this involves routine (repeat) purchases where the quantity and type of lease cars to be deployed is still uncertain. The Municipality of Dijk en Waard is looking for:

• A proactive contracting partner who can deliver and maintain a sustainable car fleet (without restrictions on type, brand, and drive) on the basis of operational leasing, with closed calculation.

• A contracting partner who keeps up with market developments and, from a vision, takes on a co-thinking and advisory role that aligns with the needs of the Municipality of Dijk en Waard.

The municipality expects to spend a total of €1,695,000 during the total duration of the framework agreement. This is an estimate, and no rights can be derived from it.
