Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, na terenie Gminy Babice w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service known as the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners, where residents live in the area of the Gmina Babice, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. The contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in a manner that ensures the achievement of the required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, as well as the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and in the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 3. The subject of the contract also includes: 1) Equipping, for the duration of the contract, all properties where residents live, located in the area of the Gmina Babice, with bags for selectively collected municipal waste. 2) Equipping with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste, for the duration of the contract, all properties where residents live, located in the area of the Gmina Babice, and the proper maintenance of the containers. 3) Collection of expired medicines and used batteries from designated points in the Gmina, on the terms set out in the SWZ. 4) Collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Babice, ul. Wyszyńskiego. 5) Provision of an alternative PSZOK for the residents of the Gmina Babice on the terms set out in the SWZ.
