The town of Creglingen intends to renovate and convert a former hospital into a medical centre while it remains in operation. The areas of the former hospital were acquired by the Main-Tauber-Kreis in December 2023. The client requires support in the area of project management. This includes coordinating use during the construction phase and the move. A negotiated procedure without a prior design competition pursuant to Section 17(1) VgV with a preceding selection competition is planned. This tender seeks competent specialists who can provide the respective services (project stages 1-5) of project management in accordance with AHO 2025. The contract will be awarded in stages.
