The implementation of the Zirc Észak-Litér 132 kV overhead line in 3 parts (3 sub-tasks) based on a contract. 1. Part - Based on the contract, the implementation of the foundation works of the Zirc Észak-Litér 132 kV overhead line. 2. Part - Based on the contract, the implementation of the pole erection and installation works of the Zirc Észak-Litér 132 kV overhead line. 3. Part – Based on the contract, the implementation of the cabling and earth cable laying works of the Zirc Észak-Litér 132 kV overhead line. The Invitation to Tender applies a 10% contingency allowance in each part, as stipulated in the design contract. The Invitation to Tender stipulates the following as conditions for concluding a contract with the winning tenderer in each part (the absence or non-complete fulfillment of any of these conditions at the time of contract conclusion shall be grounds for withdrawal from the contract pursuant to Section 131 (4) of the Public Procurement Act): - The winning tenderer, as well as the economic operator named in the tender and carrying out construction activities, must be listed in the register of entities carrying out construction activities pursuant to Sections 69 and 208 of Act C. of 2023, or in the case of an economic operator not established in the EU, in the contractor registry of the country of establishment (or with contractor authorization). - Existence of an all-risk asset and liability insurance system (in the case of liability insurance, an insurance value of 150,000,000 Ft/year and 50,000,000 Ft/event; asset insurance at least corresponding to the net contract price calculated without the contingency allowance); - Preparation of a technical and financial schedule; - Completion and provision of HSE questionnaires, or presentation of HSE certification (in the case of subcontractors or capacity-providing organizations already named in the procurement procedure); - Implementation of valid ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management systems (or equivalent) at the winning tenderer or subcontractor involved in the implementation (The Invitation to Tender accepts other evidence of equivalent quality assurance/environmental management measures if the tenderer/subcontractor was unable to obtain the aforementioned certificates by the specified deadline for reasons beyond their control, provided that the economic operator proves that the proposed quality assurance measures comply with the prescribed quality assurance standards); - The winning tenderer shall prove that it has a valid responsible technical leader/leaders with MV-É or MV-M qualification for Part 1, MV-É or MV-EN qualification for Part 2, and MV-VI qualification for Part 3, pursuant to Government Decree 266/2013. (in the case of tendering for multiple parts, the same 1 expert can be named in multiple parts); - The winning tenderer shall declare that the experts involved in the implementation are electrically trained according to the MSZ 1585 standard.
