Supply and installation of a dish table and cutlery washer + accessories, for the distribution kitchen. Along with this dishwasher, the following accessories must also be renewed: - associated conveyor belts: conveyor belt with round belts and carpet conveyor belt - magnetic cutlery picker - automatic tray loader and automatic tray unloader All components must be fully compatible and must be perfectly coordinated with each other. The conveyor belt with round belts consists of two parts. The first part was renewed in 2021 and will be retained. The second part dates from 2012 (like the current dishwashing installation) and must be replaced. Both parts must function again as one integrated transport system. The magnetic cutlery picker, the conveyor belt with round belts, the automatic tray loader and the automatic tray unloader must function as one integrated system. The complete installation must enable a continuous and fully automatic processing of trays and cutlery, without manual intervention and without stoppages or interruptions of the dishwasher. Furthermore, the outlet of the cutlery track must be coupled in a wear-resistant manner to the existing cutlery packing machine, guaranteeing a smooth flow of the cutlery. In addition, the current installation must also be dismantled and removed.
