Bulgaria – Electricity – Избор на доставчик на нетна електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за нуждите на НВУ „Васил Левски”

The subject of the present public procurement is: "Selection of a supplier of net electricity and a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" and includes the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy at medium and low voltage to the objects of the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" in the districts of Veliko Tarnovo and Shumen and the provision of services through the performance of activities as a coordinator of a standard balancing group, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Rules for Trading in Electricity (RTE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electricity (RMQE). Based on the quantities of consumed electrical energy in the objects of the Contracting Authority for a period of 12 (twelve) months, namely: 3 757,90 MWh, the forecast quantity of net active electrical energy for the needs of the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, is 7 515,80 MWh, according to Annex 2 to the Technical Specification. This is indicative and serves only for information purposes for the present public procurement and the formation of its estimated value, and does not oblige the Contracting Authority to use it. The volume of the procurement is 13 objects/lot numbers, according to Annex 1 to the Technical Specification. The present procedure is conducted in accordance with Article 104, Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act (the so-called "reverse order" of examination - the assessment of the technical and price proposals of the participants is carried out before the preliminary selection, and the examination, assessment and classification of the tenders will be carried out in accordance with Article 61 of the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act).
