The competition is a design competition, i.e. one in which the Prize is a monetary prize and an invitation to the author (Participant of the competition) of the selected Competition Work to negotiate in the framework of a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, in order to perform the service on the basis of the Competition Work. The subject of the service has been described in the Essential terms of the contract constituting Annex F.01 to the Rules. The aim of the competition is to obtain the best architectural, spatial and functional-use concept for the building of the Kobierzyce Cultural Centre branch with the adjacent square in Wysoka, on plot 89/1, Wysoka, Kobierzyce Municipality, in the area indicated in Annex M.03 as the scope of the competition design.
