Poland – Engineering design services – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadania pn. „Budowa Centrum Przesiadkowego w Wilkszynie”

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of a complete design documentation based on the developed concept of land development at the level crossing in Wilkszyn, including the Park & Ride parking. 2. The scope of the service includes: 1) preparation of comprehensive design documentation along with the required opinions, agreements, and decisions, including a valid building permit, ZRID decision, and application (depending on the requirements); 2) providing author's supervision during the execution and acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of the prepared design documentation until the building permit or an equivalent document is obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law. 3. The subject of the contract covers the following sectors: road, telecommunication, sanitary, electrical, railway, construction, railway traffic control (SRK), traction. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annex to the SWZ: Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ).
