Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Opracowanie Studium Techniczno-Ekonomiczno-Środowiskowego (STEŚ) wraz z uzyskaniem Decyzji o Środowiskowych Uwarunkowaniach, a także opracowaniem Projektu Robót Geologicznych (PRG) na potrzeby wykonania dokumentacji geologiczno-inżynierskiej dla zadania „Budowa obwodnicy Strzelec Opolskich w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 94.”

The subject of this tender procedure is the preparation of the Technical, Economic and Environmental Study (STEŚ) together with the obtaining of the Decision on Environmental Conditions, as well as the preparation of the Geological Works Project (PRG) for the purpose of preparing geological-engineering documentation for the task "Construction of the Strzelec Opolskie Bypass on the national road no. 94." The investment objective is to divert transit traffic away from the urban built-up area, improve the capacity of the city's communication system, increase road safety and improve living conditions for residents by reducing noise, emissions and nuisances associated with heavy vehicle traffic. The implementation of the project will also ensure the efficient operation of the national road no. 94 as an alternative communication route to the A4 motorway. The scope of the investment includes, among others: • the construction of a new section of the national road no. 94 with a length of approx. 9 km; • the construction of engineering structures, including viaducts and culverts; • the construction of additional carriageways to serve the adjacent area; • the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths; • the construction of road maintenance circuit; • the construction of intersections and the reconstruction of the existing road system in places of collision with the designed bypass; • the construction of road safety devices and environmental protection devices; • the construction of road lighting and technological channel; • the construction or reconstruction of technical infrastructure not related/related to the road (drainage, sanitary, gas, power networks, telecommunications, water supply, weather station, traffic lights); • the execution of tree cutting colliding with the investment and greenery planting. The preparation of the design documentation includes, among others: 1) Technical, Economic and Environmental Study 2) Execution of traffic measurements along with traffic analysis and forecast 3) Program of geotechnical tests, Geological-engineering Study, Geological Works Project, hydrogeological documentation, geological and geotechnical drilling 4) Execution of natural inventory 5) Materials for the application for the decision on environmental conditions (including the Project Information Card) 6) Report on the impact of the planned project on the environment 7) Information meetings with residents 8) Preparation of BRD assessment 9) Conducting BRD Audit. The value of the order is between: 144 000 and 10 000 000 EUR.
