The consultation will result in an ordinary contract awarded to a single economic operator. The contract will not be divided into lots. Two mandatory PSEs must be priced as part of the consultation:

PSE No. 1: Additional capital in case of death or permanent total disability due to accident: doubling of the death capital for all causes

PSE No. 2: Education pension of 14% of the net annual salary: up to 26 years, in case of studies, apprenticeship or qualification contract

The candidate, then the contractor, will be:

- either an insurance body alone without an intermediary (insurance company, mutual or Provident Institution),

- or an insurance body (insurance company, mutual or Provident Institution) accompanied by a representative (intermediary: agent, broker…),

- or a joint venture consisting of an insurance body and an intermediary, represented by a designated representative.

It is specified that the joint venture constituted between the insurer and the intermediary cannot, depending on the financial level of the insurer's commitments, present itself in any other form than that of the joint venture.

It is recalled that candidates must:

- For insurance bodies: hold the necessary ministerial authorisations to guarantee the risks to which they respond;

- For intermediaries, be in compliance with the regulation on intermediation and be registered with the ORIAS.
