Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Małomice oraz zapewnienie i prowadzenie Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych .

4.1 The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the territory of inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Małomice, including the provision and operation of a selective waste collection point, covering the following waste fractions: 1. Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code: 20 03 01); 2. Paper, i.e.: a) paper and cardboard (waste code: 20 01 01); b) paper and cardboard packaging (waste code: 15 01 01); 3. Glass, i.e.: a) glass (waste code: 20 01 02); b) glass packaging (waste code: 15 01 07); 4. Plastics, i.e.: a) plastics (waste code: 20 01 39); b) plastic packaging (waste code: 15 01 02); 5. Multi-material packaging waste, i.e.: a) multi-material packaging (waste code: 15 01 05); 6. Bio-waste constituting municipal waste, i.e.: a) biodegradable waste (waste code: 20 02 01); b) biodegradable kitchen waste (waste code: 20 01 08); 7. Furniture and other bulky waste, i.e.: a) bulky waste (waste code: 20 03 07); 8. Textile and clothing waste, i.e. a) clothing (waste code: 20 01 10); b) textiles (waste code: 20 01 11); 9. Used tyres (waste code: 16 01 03); 10. Waste electrical and electronic equipment, i.e.: a) used electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing hazardous components (waste code: 20 01 35*); b) used electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (waste code: 20 01 36); 11. Expired medicines and chemicals, waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, i.e.: a) cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs (waste code: 20 01 31*); b) drugs other than those listed in 20 01 31 (waste code: 20 01 32); 12. Used batteries and accumulators, i.e.: a) batteries and accumulators including those listed in 16 06 01, 16 06 02 or 16 06 03 as well as unsorted batteries and accumulators containing these batteries (waste code: 20 01 33*); b) batteries and accumulators other than those listed in 20 01 33 (waste code: 20 01 34); 13. Construction and demolition waste, i.e.: a) concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs (waste code: 17 01 01); b) brick rubble (waste code: 17 01 02); c) other ceramic material waste and equipment elements (waste code: 17 01 03); d) mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, ceramic material waste and equipment elements other than those listed in 17 01 06 (waste code: 17 01 07); e) waste paper (waste code: 17 03 80); f) insulating materials other than those listed in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (waste code: 17 06 04); g) mixed waste from construction, repairs and dismantling other than those listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 (waste code: 17 09 04); 14. Metals, i.e.: a) metals (waste code: 20 01 40); b) metal packaging (waste code: 15 01 04); 15. Other non-biodegradable waste (waste code: 20 02 03); 16. Fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (waste code: 20 01 21*); 17. Equipment containing freons (waste code: 20 01 23*).

4.2 The waste indicated in point 4.1 from point 1 to point 6 will be collected directly from the territory of inhabited properties according to the following frequency: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01) with non-selective waste collection and mixed municipal waste arising from selective waste collection: - once every two weeks at 14-day intervals, +/- two days, - at least once a week from containers placed (applies to all types of waste) on the estate ul. Żeromskiego, Małomice, (Spółdzielni własnościowo-lokatorskiej in Szprotawa), at 7-day intervals +/- one day, - waste indicated in point 4.1 from point 7 to point 10 once a year in the rural area of the Municipality of Małomice from the territory of the property in the term set by the Contractor in agreement with the Contracting Authority. The Contractor will deliver with at least a two-week notice bags for collecting used clothing and textiles in purple or transparent. Mixed waste remaining after the selective collection of municipal waste collected in containers, should be collected from designated and intended for this purpose places, (i.e. in front of the property, in the bin alcove, in the bin pergola, in the bins etc.). The equipment of the property with appropriate containers for collecting non-segregated municipal waste and waste remaining for segregation shall be ensured by the owner of the property, this does not apply to the estate at ul. Żeromskiego in Małomice, where the above obligation rests with the Contractor. Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with non-selective waste collection and mixed municipal waste arising from selective waste collection should be collected in black containers and marked with the inscription Mixed municipal waste
