The subject of the contract is the supply of an analyser for an immunology laboratory using indirect immunofluorescence techniques (Compact microscope for real-time microscopy and Device for the automatic incubation of tests performed using the indirect immunofluorescence technique IIFT) and an automatic analyser for tests performed using the ELISA technique for the Centre for Immunology for the needs of the project entitled "Construction of a diagnostic and preventive centre and modernisation of the infrastructure of the Lublin Region Oncology Centre named after St. John of Dukla in Lublin in order to improve access and quality of oncological diagnostics and treatment in the Lublin region". The contract has been divided into 2 parts: Part 1 – Analyser for an immunology laboratory using indirect immunofluorescence techniques. Part 2 – Analyser for an immunology laboratory using the ELISA technique. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the seat of the Contracting Authority; b) assemble the subject of the contract in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority; c) install and commission the subject of the contract; d) conduct training for the staff of the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation and rational exploitation of the subject of the contract; e) deliver with the subject of the contract the operating instructions, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for proper operation, rules for service provision by an authorised service during the post-warranty period, list of consumable materials used in current operation, remaining documentation required by law, implementation of the remaining conditions specified in the SWZ; f) deliver the subject of the contract in packaging made of material that is easily recyclable, or from materials from renewable sources or should be packaging covered by a multiple-use system. Packaging materials must be manually easily sortable and suitable for recycling, and their composition should include one type of material (e.g. textile, paper, plastic, fibre material); g) conduct training, which covers elements related to the regulation and adjustment of equipment parameters related to the use of electrical energy in order to optimise energy consumption. h) in the event that the subject of the contract is IT equipment/software – the IT equipment/software meets the requirements specified in the universally applicable laws, including the Act of 17 February 2005 on the informatisation of the activities of entities performing public tasks and the Act of 28 April 2011 on the information system in health protection as well as executive acts issued on the basis of these acts, if these provisions apply to the subject of the contract.
